Service Terms
1. Service

2. Vehicle
The Client shall ensure that the Vehicle is in good working condition and shall sign an inspection report prior to the commencement of the Service. The Carrier shall not be liable for any damages caused by any malfunction of the Vehicle that was not noted during the inspection.
3. Pickup and Delivery
The Carrier shall arrange for pickup of the Vehicle at the Pickup Location and delivery to the Delivery Location within a reasonable time frame, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Parties. Any changes to the Pickup Location or Delivery Location must be provided to the Carrier in writing.
4. Payment
The Client shall pay the Carrier the agreed-upon fee for the Service in full prior to the commencement of the Service. Any additional charges incurred during the Service will be invoiced to the Client and must be paid in full within fourteen (14) days of the date of the invoice.
5. Liability
The Carrier shall be liable for any damages to the Vehicle that occur during the Service, unless such damages are caused by the negligence or misconduct of the Client or any third party. The Carrier’s liability shall be limited to the actual value of the Vehicle, not to exceed the agreed-upon fee for the Service.
6. Force Majeure
Neither Party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Contract if such failure is caused by an event beyond its control, such as an act of God, war, civil unrest, or other similar cause.
7. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country], and any disputes arising under this Contract shall be resolved by the courts of [City].
